F\u00fcr die Vermarktung und die Services sorgten eigene Reiseb\u00fcros und Incoming-Agenturen an den beliebtesten Destinationen der Welt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genau diese F\u00fclle von Assets erwies sich mit der Pandemie jedoch als M\u00fchlstein, der das Unternehmen zu Boden zog. Das Coronavirus brachte nicht nur das normale Alltagsleben, sondern auch die Reiseaktivit\u00e4ten zum Stillstand. Anhaltende Lockdowns erzwangen ein monatelanges Aussetzen, w\u00e4hrend die Kosten f\u00fcr die Instandhaltung der Hotels, Schiffe und Flugzeuge weiter liefen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die TUI wurde als derart wichtig eingestuft, dass das Unternehmen Staatshilfen in betr\u00e4chtlicher H\u00f6he erhielt. Hinzu kam eine Kapitalerh\u00f6hung, die dem Unternehmen ebenfalls eine halbe Milliarde Euro verschaffen sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit insgesamt rund f\u00fcnf Milliarden Euro wurde das Touristik-Schwergewicht gest\u00fctzt, eine Ma\u00dfnahme, die ebenso aufwendig war wie die Staatshilfen f\u00fcr die <a href=\"https:\/\/asktraders-stg.knitbyhands.com\/de\/traden-lernen\/aktien\/lufthansa-aktie\/\">Lufthansa<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank der fr\u00fcheren Ums\u00e4tze und Gewinne des Konzerns \u2013 vor Corona \u2013 ist nachvollziehbar, warum der Bund diese Ausgaben rechtfertigte. Pauschal- und Budgetreisen macht das Unternehmen ebenso m\u00f6glich wie Events und Kulturreisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kunden der TUI werden dank der vorhandenen Strukturen von A bis Z betreut, und der Konzern hat zugleich die vollst\u00e4ndige Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle. Dieses integrierte Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell war nur m\u00f6glich durch die zahlreichen eigenen Assets und tausende von Besch\u00e4ftigten an den weltweiten Standorten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hotels, Schiffe und 75.000 Mitarbeiter lohnten sich bis zur Pandemie. Allein im Jahr 2019 setzte die TUI AG 20 Mrd. Euro um, ein Drittel davon mit den Hotels, mehr als 960 Mrd. Euro mit den Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Just vor der Ankunft des Virus hatte die TUI die eigene Flotte um weitere Schiffe erg\u00e4nzt \u2013 ausnahmslos solche, die an die 3.000 Reisende aufnehmen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"wie_steht_die_tui_aktie_ende_2022\">Wie steht die TUI Aktie Ende 2022?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit den ersten Lockerungen erwachten lang aufgeschobene Reisew\u00fcnsche zu neuem Leben \u2013 nach den noch relativ begrenzten Aktivit\u00e4ten im Jahr 2021 durften Touristen aus aller Welt 2022 ihre Tr\u00e4ume wieder in die Tat umsetzen. Wie steht es angesichts der Reisewelle vor allem im Sommer 2022 nun um TUI und die TUI AG Aktie?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unter dem Strich l\u00e4sst sich feststellen, dass die Reiselaune zwar da ist, aber weniger ausgegeben werden kann. Denn die Inflation, die seit Anfang 2022 st\u00e4ndig angestiegen ist, macht Verbrauchern zu schaffen \u2013 bei zyklischen Werten wie der TUI Aktie wirkt sich dies besonders aus, denn hier k\u00f6nnen Kaufw\u00fcnsche zur\u00fcckgestellt oder relativiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genaues zu den Ergebnissen des Sommerquartals bei der TUI werden Anleger erst im Dezember erfahren, doch schon jetzt zeigt sich, dass die Ergebnisse der letzten Monate mit den entsprechenden Zeitr\u00e4umen vor Corona nicht mithalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verglichen werden die Zeitr\u00e4ume von November 2018 bis Oktober 2019 \u2013 ein gutes Jahr f\u00fcr die TUI \u2013 mit dem gleichen Zeitraum zwischen 2021 und 2022. Leer stehende Hotels und Schiffe sowie Fluglinien, die am Boden blieben, haben dazu beigetragen, einen beachtlichen Schuldenberg aufzuh\u00e4ufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fachleute gehen davon aus, dass die TUI nicht anders kann, als sich von vielen Assets zu trennen, um durch die Einnahmen aus Verk\u00e4ufen die gesch\u00e4tzten 10 Mrd. Euro Verschuldung abzutragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Von der Beteiligung an den spanischen Hotels der Riu-Kette hat sich die TUI seit Anfang 2021 bereits getrennt, ebenso wie von dem restaurierten toskanischen Dorf Castelfalfi. Damit nimmt die TUI mehrere hundert Millionen Euro ein. Weitere Verk\u00e4ufe sollen folgen, denn k\u00fcnftig soll eher das Kundenerlebnis im Vordergrund stehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nur \u2013 in Kauflaune ist niemand so recht. Die anhaltenden wirtschaftlichen und politischen Herausforderungen weltweit, ebenso wie steigende Inflation und Energiekosten, dr\u00fccken auf das Reiseverhalten und erschweren dem Konzern die Liquidierung nicht mehr ben\u00f6tigter Investitionen. Au\u00dferdem geben Touristik-Fachleute zu bedenken, dass ein Abverkauf eigener Strukturen auch eine Abw\u00e4rtsspirale f\u00fcr das Unternehmen in Gang setzen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung hat nach eigenen Angaben bereits 2019 erste \u00dcberlegungen zu einem grundlegenden Umbau des Unternehmens angestellt \u2013 hin zu einer Reiseplattform mit weniger eigenen Liegenschaften und Verbindlichkeiten. Dauert ein Ausfall zu lange \u2013 wie w\u00e4hrend der Pandemie \u2013 ist es kaum noch m\u00f6glich, dass selbst treue Kunden s\u00e4mtliche aufgeschobenen Reisen nachholen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und wer reisen wollte, erlebte 2022 im Sommer die Grenzen des Wachstums. Nicht nur hatten Fluglinien seit langem eine Auslastung des Luftraums beklagt, hinzu kam ein Mangel an Fachkr\u00e4ften, der Touristen das Kundenerlebnis verleidete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn Airlines und Flughafenbetreiber, aber nicht nur sie, hatten Mitarbeitende in Scharen gehen lassen. Und die haben zum gro\u00dfen Teil anderswo Unterschlupf gefunden, etwa in der Logistikbranche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das resultierende Chaos an vielen Destinationen d\u00fcrfte einer Erholung des Sektors ebenso im Wege stehen wie die steigenden Kosten und die Inflation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"tui_aktie_kursziel_und_entwicklung_geht_es_jetzt_aufwaerts\">TUI Aktie Kursziel und Entwicklung: Geht es jetzt aufw\u00e4rts?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Am 4. November 2022 konnte der TUI Aktie Kurs bei 1,60 Euro die 100-Tage-Linie nach oben kreuzen, so dass die Analyse im Chart nun kurzfristig und mittelfristig Aufw\u00e4rtstrends erkennen l\u00e4sst. Seit gut einer Woche verharrt die Aktie mehr oder weniger in diesem Bereich. Der langfristige Abw\u00e4rtstrend, in dem sich die Aktie schon seit Februar befindet, ist noch nicht gebrochen. In rund neun Monaten hat die TUI AG Aktie fast 55 Prozent ihres Wertes eingeb\u00fc\u00dft, Anfang November liegt der Kurs mit einem Abstand von -24,74% unterhalb der 200-Tage-Linie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicht besser ist das Bild \u00fcber die letzten zehn Jahre betrachtet \u2013 auch hier hat die TUI Aktie allj\u00e4hrlich mehr als 15% verloren. Auch die TUI Aktie Dividende macht dies nicht wett, denn die Gewinnbeteiligung zahlt das Unternehmen l\u00e4ngst nicht jedes Jahr zuverl\u00e4ssig. Nach der Finanzkrise, in Folge des Arabischen Fr\u00fchlings und auch in den Jahren 2020 und 2021 gingen die Aktion\u00e4re der TUI leer aus.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-notice has-background has-light-green-background-color py-2 px-[30px]\">\n\n    <div>\n        \n\n<p>Das TUI Aktie Kursziel verspricht immerhin bessere Tage. Insgesamt sieben Analysten haben den Anteilsschein auf dem Schirm und kommen zu folgender Einsch\u00e4tzung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Niedrigstes Kursziel 1,60 Euro<\/li><li>Durchschnittliches Kursziel 1,84 Euro<\/li><li>H\u00f6chstes Kursziel &nbsp; 2,10 Euro<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine eindeutige Empfehlung f\u00fcr das Halten des Wertes gibt es nur von Bernstein Research \u2013 Berenberg spricht eine klare Verkaufsempfehlung aus.
