Die Deutsche Bahn AG wollte 49,9 Prozent ihrer Aktien verkaufen und diskutierte verschiedene Modelle f\u00fcr die Privatisierung. Sogar ein Termin f\u00fcr den B\u00f6rsengang stand bereits fest. Es sollte der 27. Oktober 2008 sein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angesichts der Finanzkrise, die 2007 begonnen hatte, wurde der Deutsche Bahn B\u00f6rsengang 2008 aber auf unbestimmte Zeit verschoben. Der damalige Chef der Deutschen Bahn, R\u00fcdiger Grube, sagte im Januar 2011 den B\u00f6rsengang ganz ab. Im M\u00e4rz 2011 bekr\u00e4ftigte er noch einmal, dass ein Gang an die B\u00f6rse vorerst nicht geplant sei. \u00dcberschattet von der Finanzkrise w\u00e4ren die Aktien der Deutschen Bahn f\u00fcr Privatanleger unattraktiv gewesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Privatisierung w\u00e4re f\u00fcr die Deutsche Bahn mit hohen Kosten und finanziellen Einschnitten verbunden gewesen. Es w\u00e4re zu Einschr\u00e4nkungen bei den geplanten Netzausbauten und Erhaltungsma\u00dfnahmen gekommen. Zur Erf\u00fcllung der Renditeerwartungen der Anleger w\u00e4ren staatliche Subventionen erforderlich gewesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neuer Bahnchef ist inzwischen Richard Lutz, nachdem sich R\u00fcdiger Grube in den Ruhestand verabschiedet hat. Die Deutsche Bahn ist noch immer nicht an der B\u00f6rse. Ob sie irgendwann diesen Schritt unternehmen wird, ist fraglich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In letzter Zeit hat die Deutsche Bahn vielf\u00e4ltige Investitionen vorgenommen; sie hat das Netz ausgebaut und bietet einige neue Strecken an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Privatisierung der Bahn hatte Bef\u00fcrworter und Gegner. Die Kritiker argumentierten auf Grundlage der Erfahrung mit Privatisierungen von Bahngesellschaften in anderen L\u00e4ndern, beispielsweise Gro\u00dfbritannien. Im Zuge der Privatisierung wurden dort einige Strecken stillgelegt. Das wurde auch in Deutschland bef\u00fcrchtet. Einige Gegner beklagten den mangelnden Einfluss des Staates auf den Schienenverkehr nach einer Privatisierung. Da die Deutsche Bahn Z\u00fcge und Schienennetz besitzt, w\u00e4re der Staat erpressbar. Es gibt viele Unternehmen, die rechtlich gesehen Aktiengesellschaften sind, aber nicht an einer B\u00f6rse gelistet sind. Die Aktien befinden sich im Besitz der Eigent\u00fcmer dieser Unternehmen. Voraussetzung f\u00fcr den B\u00f6rsengang eines Unternehmens ist, dass es bereits eine Aktiengesellschaft ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Deutsche Bahn AG ist ein privatrechtliches Unternehmen im Besitz der \u00f6ffentlichen Hand. Diese Konstellation ist in Deutschland gar nicht so selten. Auch Stadtwerke und Energieversorger sind privatrechtliche Unternehmen im Besitz der Kommunen.<br>Die Deutsche Bank AG hat bereits einige Schritte in Richtung Privatisierung vollzogen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keine Verbeamtung von Mitarbeitern mehr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fahrzeuge der Deutschen Bahn haben keine Nummernschilder mit DB mehr, sondern m\u00fcssen bei der zust\u00e4ndigen Kommune angemeldet werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jahresabschl\u00fcsse m\u00fcssen nach privatrechtlichen Kriterien erstellt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele deutsche und ausl\u00e4ndische Aktiengesellschaften sind nicht an einer B\u00f6rse gelistet. Beispiele f\u00fcr nicht b\u00f6rsennotierte deutsche Unternehmen sind der N\u00fcrnberger Energieversorger N-Ergie, die Nordzucker AG und ein Konkurrent der Deutschen Bahn, die Osthannoversche Eisenbahn AG.<br>Das Vorbild f\u00fcr den B\u00f6rsengang einer Aktiengesellschaft lieferte die fr\u00fchere Bundespost. W\u00fcrde die Deutsche Bahn die Privatisierung und den Gang an die B\u00f6rse vorantreiben, m\u00fcsste sie sich mit diesen Ausgaben einschr\u00e4nken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktien, die an institutionelle und private Anleger verkauft werden, k\u00f6nnen einem Unternehmen Geld einbringen. F\u00fcr das Unternehmen besteht jedoch das Risiko, dass das Interesse an den Aktien nicht so gro\u00df ist wie gedacht und dass die erwarteten finanziellen Mittel nicht eingenommen werden. Der Gang an die B\u00f6rse ist mit hohen Kosten verbunden.
