So hat sich der MetaTrader 4 w\u00e4hrend der vergangenen Jahre als quasi Standard in der Branche etablieren k\u00f6nnen. Dies liegt vor allem daran, dass das Programm f\u00fcr erfahrene Trader sehr geeignet ist. Zudem bietet es sehr gute M\u00f6glichkeiten, den Handel zu automatisieren. Vielmehr steht einem die Software \u00fcber den Webbrowser nach dem Einloggen auf der Plus500 Website direkt zur Verf\u00fcgung. Wer dagegen den \u201eWindows 10 Trader\u201c benutzen m\u00f6chte, muss dazu den Windows 10 Store \u00f6ffnen. Durch die dortige Suchfunktion findet man das Programm und kann es mit einem Klick herunterladen und installieren. Genauso einfach funktioniert das Herunterladen und die Installation auf mobilen Ger\u00e4ten wie Smartphones oder Tablets: Man findet die entsprechenden mobilen Versionen entweder im Apple AppStore oder bei Google Play. Zudem existiert auch noch eine Version f\u00fcr Windows Phone. Die mobilen Versionen sind dabei \u00fcbersichtlich aufgebaut und k\u00f6nnen schnell bedient werden. Sie eignen sich daher sehr gut dazu, um diee Trades von unterwegs zu managen oder auch um neue Trades zu er\u00f6ffnen. Als ernsthafter und erfahrener Trader sollte man aber normalerweise von einem Computer aus traden. Nur dort stehen einem auch die f\u00fcr die Chartanalyse erforderlichen (gro\u00dfen) Monitore zur Verf\u00fcgung. Daher konzentrieren wir uns im Folgenden auch auf die Plus500 Software \u201eWebTrader\u201c, welche f\u00fcr den Desktop-Einsatz konzipiert ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"uebersichtlichkeit_und_aufbau_der_plus500_software_web_trader\">\u00dcbersichtlichkeit und Aufbau der Plus500 Software Web Trader<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Erfreulicherweise hat sich in unserem Plus500 Test gezeigt, dass der Web Trader sehr \u00fcbersichtlich aufgebaut ist. So ist der Bildschirm in ein gro\u00dfes Hauptfenster (rechts) und eine Seitenleiste (links) aufgeteilt. Die Seitenleiste am linken Rand besteht aus einer langen Liste mit den zu handelnden M\u00e4rkten. Darin finden sich zum Beispiel W\u00e4hrungen, Aktien, Indices, Rohstoffe und Kryptow\u00e4hrungen. Am unteren linken Bildschirmrand ist der aktuelle Kontostand einsehbar. Klickt man nun zum Beispiel unter W\u00e4hrungen auf \u201eMajors\u201c, so werden im oberen Bereich des Hauptfensters die beliebtesten W\u00e4hrungspaare angezeigt. Dazu z\u00e4hlen zum Beispiel der Euro \/ US Dollar und das Britische Pfund \/ US Dollar. Neben den W\u00e4hrungspaaren finden sich dann auch gleich die Kn\u00f6pfe \u201eSell\u201c (Verkaufen) und \u201eBuy\u201c (Kaufen), um Orders zu t\u00e4tigen. Im unteren Bereich des Hauptfensters wird der Chart des ausgew\u00e4hlten W\u00e4hrungspaars angezeigt. Dies ist daher der wichtigste Bereich f\u00fcr den Trader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"funktionen_der_plus500_software_web_trader\">Funktionen der Plus500 Software Web Trader<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben der \u00dcbersichtlichkeit der Software ist es auch wichtig, dass das Programm \u00fcber die f\u00fcr das Trading wichtigen Funktionen verf\u00fcgt. Als Grundausstattung bringt die Plus500 dabei die essenziellen Tools zur Chartanalyse mit. Dies ist der Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr erfahrene Trader, die Intermarket-Beziehungen nutzen oder f\u00fcr ihre Strategie \u00fcber mehrere Zeitr\u00e4ume hinweg auf dem Laufenden bleiben m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"moeglichkeiten_die_software_zu_erweitern\">M\u00f6glichkeiten, die Software zu erweitern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine professionelle Software zum Trading bietet h\u00e4ufig die M\u00f6glichkeit an, den Funktionsumfang zu erweitern. Meistens kann dies dadurch erreicht werden, dass die Software \u00fcber eine eigene, oft simple Programmiersprache verf\u00fcgt. Wer sich daher entsprechend in die Materie einarbeitet, kann dies nutzen, um sich zum Beispiel eigene Indikatoren etc. zu erstellen. Da aber die wenigstens Trader programmieren k\u00f6nnen bzw. wollen, gibt es in der Regel einen Markt, an dem die entsprechenden Erweiterungen angeboten werden. Dies kann dann entweder gegen Entgelt oder gratis erfolgen. Eines der bekanntesten Programme, welche solche Erweiterungen anbieten, ist der schon erw\u00e4hnte MetaTrader 4. Die Erweiterungen werden hier als sogenannte \u201eExpert Advisors\u201c (EAs) bezeichnet. Googelt man nach \u201eEAs\u201c, so wird man von der gro\u00dfen Zahl an verf\u00fcgbaren Erweiterungen \u00fcberrascht sein. Dabei stellt sich zun\u00e4chst die Frage, warum es sinnvoll sein soll, ein automatisiertes Trading einzusetzen. Interessant kann diese Vorgehensweise vor allem unter zwei Gesichtspunkten sein: Wer beim Handeln zu sehr von seinen Emotionen beherrscht wird und daher seine Strategie nicht umsetzen kann, der kann das Trading an die Software auslagern, welche sich dann ohne Wenn und Aber an die vorgegebene Strategie h\u00e4lt. Ein weiter Punkt betrifft die Anwesenheit vor den Bildschirmen. Gerade, wenn man noch nicht Vollzeit traden kann und noch einem \u201enormalen\u201c Beruf nachgeht, ist es nicht m\u00f6glich, viel Zeit f\u00fcr das Trading aufzubringen. Auch hier kann daher ein automatisierter Handel helfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist daher schade, dass Plus500 die M\u00f6glichkeit eines automatisierten Handelns bei seiner Trading Software nicht anbietet. Anbieter, welche diese M\u00f6glichkeit er\u00f6ffnen, finden sich unter anderem in unserem Artikel \u201eDer beste Forex Broker\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"indikatoren_zur_unterstuetzung_des_tradings\">Indikatoren zur Unterst\u00fctzung des Tradings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch sogenannte Indikatoren k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr das Trading eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Sie erleichtern dem Trader, bestimmte Dinge im Chart zu erkennen. Dazu kann zum Beispiel eine aktuelle \u00dcberkauftheit (Overbought) z\u00e4hlen. Dies stellt dann ein Warnzeichen dar und es kann mit nunmehr fallenden Kursen gerechnet werden. Es ist daher erfreulich, dass auch der WebTrader entsprechende Indikatoren f\u00fcr den Handel zur Verf\u00fcgung stellt. Insgesamt ist es erfreulich, dass Plus500 seine Software sehr benutzerfreundlich gestaltet hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"kostenloses_demokonto_bei_plus500\">Kostenloses Demokonto bei Plus500<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie die meisten anderen Broker auch, so stellt Plus500 ebenfalls ein kostenloses Demokonto zur Verf\u00fcgung. Als zuk\u00fcnftiger Kunde sollte man nach unseren Plus500 Erfahrungen von dieser M\u00f6glichkeit auch ausgiebig Gebraucht machen. So wurde bereits in der Einleitung erw\u00e4hnt, dass das Unternehmen vor allem durch seine teils aggressiven Marketingma\u00dfnahmen auff\u00e4llt. Vielen Tradern ist Plus500 durch viele TV Spots und Werbeanzeigen im Internet bekannt. Daneben hat das Unternehmen noch weitere hohe Ausgaben f\u00fcr die Gewinnung neuer Kunden: So werden teilweise hohe Vermittlungsprovisionen gezahlt. Es ist klar, dass diese hohen Ausgaben auch wieder erwirtschaftet werden m\u00fcssen. Es ist daher nicht verwunderlich, dass Plus500 mit seinen Kunden m\u00f6glichst schnell viel Geld verdienen will. Daher wird der Kunde auch an sehr vielen Stellen darauf hingewiesen, sein Demokonto doch lieber in ein Echtgeldkonto umzuwandeln. Der \u00dcbergang vom Demo- zum Echtgeldkonto ist dabei denkbar einfach gestaltet. Mit dem Echtgeldkonto verdient das Unternehmen dann vor allem Geld dadurch, dass seien Spreads im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern hoch sind. Als Spread wird dabei der Aufschlag bezeichnet, den der Broker auf den tats\u00e4chlichen Kurs erhebt. Wer daher viel tradet, sollte sich nach einem Anbieter umsehen, der m\u00f6glichst geringe Spreads anbietet. Besonders negativ ist uns in unserem Test aufgefallen, dass der Anbieter keine telefonische Hotline anbietet. Dies ist erstaunlich, da die meisten Mitbewerber diesen an sich selbstverst\u00e4ndlichen Service f\u00fcr ihre Kunden anbieten. Das Fehlen der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit ist wiederum nur dadurch zu erkl\u00e4ren, dass das Unternehmen Kosten einsparen will. Dieses Geld wird anscheinend f\u00fcr die diversen Marketingma\u00dfnahmen ben\u00f6tigt (siehe oben). Das Fehlen einer Hotline ist besonders auch im Zusammenhang mit der Trading Software \u00e4rgerlich. Gerade, wenn man zuvor mit dem MetaTrader 4 gearbeitet hat, wird man diese Funktionen oftmals vermissen. Es ist daher sehr schade, dass Plus500 seinen Kunden nicht die M\u00f6glichkeit gibt, den MetaTrader 4 zu benutzen. Viele Mitbewerber bieten sowohl eine eigene Software, als auch zus\u00e4tzlich den MetaTrader 4 an. Leider ist dies bei Plus500 nicht der Fall. Es wurde herausgearbeitet, dass sie wahrscheinlich vor allem daran liegt, dass Plus500 mit seinen Kunden m\u00f6glichst schnell m\u00f6glichst viel Geld verdienen will. So wird in der Software an vielen Stellen darauf hingewiesen, dass man sein Demokonto in ein Echtgeld Konto umwandeln soll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Verwendung des MetaTraders w\u00e4re dies nicht m\u00f6glich. Zudem hat Plus500, wie gezeigt, sehr hohe Ausgaben f\u00fcr Werbung zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden. Diese hohen Kosten m\u00fcssen an anderer Stelle wieder erwirtschaftet werden. Sehr negativ ist uns in diesem Zusammenhang auch aufgefallen, dass wohl aufgrund von Sparma\u00dfnahmen keine telefonische Hotline f\u00fcr die Kunden angeboten wird.
