Der Vorstand peilt mit der Ausgabe neuer Aktien einen Brutto-Emissionserl\u00f6s von rund 1,8 Milliarden Euro an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Betrag soll <strong>haupts\u00e4chlich zur Entschuldung des Unternehmens<\/strong> verwendet werden. Die Gesellschaft erwartet j\u00e4hrliche Einsparungen bei Zinsaufwendungen zwischen 80 und 90 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen der TUI Kapitalerh\u00f6hung sollen mehr als 328,9 Millionen neue <a href=\"https:\/\/asktraders-stg.knitbyhands.com\/de\/traden-lernen\/aktien\/strategien\/\">Aktien <\/a>platziert werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dabei gilt ein Bezugsverh\u00e4ltnis von 8:3. Das bedeutet, 8 neue TUI Aktien f\u00fcr 3 bestehende Aktien. Der Bezugspreis liegt bei 5,55 Euro je 8 neuer TUI-Aktien.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-notice has-background has-light-green-background-color py-2 px-[30px]\">\n\n    <div>\n        \n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"beispiel\">Beispiel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Aktion\u00e4r besitzt 30 TUI Aktien. Er erh\u00e4lt nun 30 Bezugsrechte. Mit diesen Bezugsrechten kann er im Verh\u00e4ltnis 8:3 neue TUI Aktien zu 5,55 Euro im Rahmen der Kapitalerh\u00f6hung kaufen. W\u00fcrde er das tun, h\u00e4tte er nach der Kapitalerh\u00f6hung prozentual genauso viele Anteile wie vorher am Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf andere Art formuliert: F\u00fcr den Kauf von 8 Aktien ben\u00f6tigt ein Anleger 5,55 EUR sowie 3 Bezugsrechte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er k\u00f6nnte sich aber auch entscheiden, die Bezugsrechte zu verkaufen. Das k\u00e4me gewisserma\u00dfen einem Teilverkauf seiner Position gleich. <\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bezugsfrist startete am 28. M\u00e4rz 2023 und soll bis einschlie\u00dflich zum 17. April 2023 laufen.
