Auf den Punkt gebracht:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Umsatz, EBITDA und EBIT f\u00fcr das zweite Quartal 2023 liegen unterhalb der Zahlen f\u00fcr das erste Quartal des laufenden Jahres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Urspr\u00fcnglich erwartete man mit Beginn des zweiten Quartals wieder ein deutliches Anziehen der Nachfrage nach privaten Immobilienfinanzierungen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Vorstand passt die Prognosen f\u00fcr das laufende Jahr nach unten an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Hypoport Aktie ist nach einer Gewinnwarnung des Unternehmens regelrecht eingebrochen. <\/strong>Der Kurs brach um etwa 17 Prozent ein. Hypoport hatte nach einer Vorstandssitzung am 31. Juli 2023 eine angepasste Prognose f\u00fcr das laufende Quartal ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die endg\u00fcltigen Zahlen ver\u00f6ffentlicht Hypoport am 14. August 2023. Die Erholung des deutschen <a href=\"https:\/\/asktraders-stg.knitbyhands.com\/de\/traden-lernen\/aktien\/hypoport-aktie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Immobilienmarktes<\/a> l\u00e4sst l\u00e4nger auf sich warten, als so mancher dachte oder hoffte. Das hei\u00dft jedoch nicht, dass er niemals kommen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Am 19. Juli 2023 hatte Hypoport noch positivere T\u00f6ne angeschlagen. Im Allgemeinen haben wir den Eindruck, dass das Unternehmen die Zahlen positiver verkaufen m\u00f6chte, als sie mitunter sind. Einige Anleger und Investoren lassen sich in der Folge dazu hinrei\u00dfen, die positiven Aussagen, dann unmittelbar f\u00fcr bare M\u00fcnze zu nehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Dennoch sind wir langfristig von der Story des Unternehmens \u00fcberzeugt. Denn die Nachfrage nach Immobilienfinanzierungen wird eines Tages wieder deutlich anziehen. Hypoport ist in diesem Segment als Technologieunternehmen hervorragend aufgestellt. Das Gesch\u00e4ft ist skalierbar und wenn die Nachfrage anzieht, d\u00fcrfte das den Kurs der Hypoport Aktie deutlich nach oben katapultieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? In den USA k\u00f6nnte in dieser Hinsicht tats\u00e4chlich bereits der Boden gefunden worden sein. Meist dauert es noch eine gewisse Zeit, bis es dann hierzulande zu einer \u00e4hnlichen Entwicklung kommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Wir gehen davon aus, dass sp\u00e4testen ab Mitte oder Ende 2024 der Markt wieder deutlicher an Fahrt aufnehmen wird.
